Rectangular air doorAlso known as square air door, it is made by introducing CE technology. Mainly used for smoke and air ducts in thermal power plants, as a cut-off medium for interception. Maximum working temperature: less than or equal to 420 degrees Celsius, maximum working pressure: 2000mmH2O, air leakage rate: less than or equal to 2%

The product is produced according to the standard drawings of the "74 Typical Design of Smoke, Air and Coal Powder Pipelines" issued by the Ministry of Water and Electricity.

Rectangular air doors come in five types: single axis, double axis, three-axis, four axis, and five axis. There are 66 product specifications ranging from 300 * 400 to 2400 * 2000. According to the 4DD drawing numbers DD4201-DD4266.

The position of the air door can be arranged horizontally or vertically. The protruding part of the outer shell of the garden air door and the bearing neck of the front bearing of the square air door main shaft are used for installing the pot wheel box. Both the garden air door and the square air door are equipped with blocking nails to ensure that the baffle is fully opened.

The rectangular air door itself does not come with any transmission device and can be selected as needed. For the type and specifications of the transmission device, please refer to the "Transmission Device" section of the manual.

Rectangular air doorThe transmission torque of the transmission device is divided into two types: 8 kg/m and 30 kg/m. Equipped with an 8 kg/m torque transmission device for a 17 * 17mm air door shaft and a 22mm worm gear box shaft. Equipped with a 30 kg/m torque transmission device for a 32 * 32mm air damper shaft and a 32mm worm gear box shaft.
